MASSOB To Begin Internal Revolution In Igboland
On Friday, Comrade Uchenna Madu, the National Leader of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, said that the movement will begin what he termed an internal revolution in the South East and this internal revolution would be against political leaders who are now against Ndigbo.
He said those political and religious leaders have continued to sabotage the progress of the people and that some Igbo leaders are now afraid to defend the cause of the Igbo people.
Comrade Uchenna Madu during a meeting at the National headquarters of the Movement in Okwe, Onumo Council Area of Imo State said those leaders either political or religious leaders would be washed away through the internal revolution movement that will soon begin.
According to the leader of MASSOB, some religious and political leaders have done more harm than good, they have committed dangerous and sacrilegious crimes against the Igbo people.
He said that the late Igbo leader, Dim Ojukwu is the only one that his generation, present and future will continue to honor and respect as the symbol of the emancipation of Ndigbo.
“It is very obvious that the Nigeria State has abandoned and neglect Igboland”
“My question is, why should Igbo political, religious, economic traditional leaders complement our oppressors”?
He said, “Today being the 4th of November, is a great and a special day in Igboland, a day the greatest Igbo man was born, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu so we are celebrating his 83rd posthumous birthday and we are gathered here to reflect, refresh and revive the consciousness of Ojukwuism in Igbo land.
